Free agency health check · 2 minutes

Is your agency doing a good job? Start with the evidence.

This free check turns your answers into questions for your next agency meeting. It helps you identify what you can already evidence and what needs explaining. It does not inspect your account or grade your agency. An uncertain answer is a reason to ask for clarity.

Questions for your next agency meeting
Answer a question and the meeting question appears here. Answers marked "Evidence available" need no follow-up.

Based on your answers; the underlying evidence has not been independently checked.

Using your questions

Take useful questions into the conversation.

Ask for an example, understand the explanation and agree how any open point will be resolved. Keep the difference between missing evidence and a confirmed problem visible.

Its limits

What this check can't tell you.

The check relies on your self-report. It cannot establish campaign performance, contractual delivery or whether a particular strategy is appropriate. Those questions need the relevant evidence and context.

Questions

About the check

Does this score my agency?
No. It organises questions from your answers. Evidence, context and the agency's explanation are needed before reaching a conclusion.
Does the agency need to launch new ads every week?
The appropriate rhythm depends on the objective, budget, test design, production process and evidence needed. This check asks for the plan and its rationale; it does not impose a universal frequency.
Can four visible ads tell me whether the testing is adequate?
The visible count alone does not reveal the full testing design, variations, account structure, spend or results. Ask what those ads are intended to establish and how the next decision will be made.
Do I need to connect my account?
No account connection is needed for this questionnaire. A commissioned account audit or independent review uses a separately agreed evidence process.
