NextVector is a digital performance agency offering ad strategy, creative audits, and tools that generate and analyse social media creatives. We serve brands, agencies, and creative teams.

3. User Content & Uploaded Assets

  • Store and improve future versions of our tools

You must have the rights to any media you submit.

4. Payments & Billing

Some Services require payment. All prices are listed in GBP and processed securely via our third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, Shopify). You agree to:

  • Provide valid payment details

  • Pay all fees due

Refunds are available only as outlined in our Refund Policy.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on our Site (excluding user-uploaded content) including software, visuals, text, and branding is owned by or licensed to NextVector. You may not reuse, copy, or distribute without written permission.

6. Third-Party Tools & Links

We may link to external tools or sites (e.g., social login, analytics dashboards). These are not operated by us, and we are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

7. Limitations of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NextVector is not liable for:

  • Service disruptions or errors in AI-generated content

  • External platform changes (e.g., API changes from Meta or Google)

Use of the Service is at your own risk.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if:

  • Your behavior threatens the integrity of the platform or other users

  • We discontinue the Service
