Thank you for shopping with us. Please read this policy carefully before completing your purchase.

1. Digital Goods – No Returns

All of our products are delivered digitally. Because digital goods cannot be physically returned, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

2. Refunds

All sales are final. Refunds are only granted under the following limited circumstances:

• Non-Delivery: If you do not receive access to your digital product within 48 hours of purchase due to a technical issue.

• Defective Product: If the file you receive is corrupted, inaccessible, or otherwise not functioning as described, and we are unable to provide a replacement.

If either of these circumstances applies, please contact us at james@nextvector.co with your order details. We will investigate and, if appropriate, issue a full refund.

3. Waiver of Right to Cancel (EU/UK Customers)

By purchasing and accessing our digital products immediately upon payment, you acknowledge that you waive your 14-day right of withdrawal under EU/UK consumer law.
